It is a wellness massage, but also holistic, energetic with healing virtues  and a spiritual dimension. A journey through time, body, soul and spirit.  The mind and the body form a unit, not a duality. By acting on the body, the practitioner necessarily acts on the state of mind and vice versa.  It removes muscle blockages with efficacy, nervous tensions, it makes the blood more fluid, helps to eliminate toxins via the lymphatic system. Unlocks emotional knots, regulates emotions, harmonizes and channels the energies, opens the heart chakra and acts on the emotional, spiritual and  physical bodies.

An approach with soft and strong enveloping movements (different pressures), percussions, gentle touch. The use of essential oils or massage oils with sent of jasmine, mimosa, rose, sandalwood, and hot sesame oil will bring softness and beauty. A massage with divine touch.

AYURVEDIC MASSAGE "ABHYANGA"

Massage from the Indian Ayurvedic tradition practiced for millennia and meaning "Science of Life" in Sanskrit.

Abhyanga means oil massage of the whole body. This traditional holistic massage is specifically used in the therapeutic system of Ayurveda for a general improvement in the health and well-being.

One of the basic characteristics of Abhyanga is the focus on Prana (the breath), from which emerges the awareness of the need for a free and harmonious flow of energy in order to stay healthy. The disruptions of the energy flow causes imbalance and disease.

It aim is to drain toxins (panchakarma) accumulated in the body.

It rebalances the chakras, nadis, and regulates our doshas (5 elements: Kappa - earth and water, Pitta - fire and water, and Vata - air and ether.

This way the marma points (reflex points) of sensitive and vulnerable energy are localized in the specific places of the body and can be treated

through circular pressures, strokes, rubbing , acupressure, and stretching. It is a very enveloping massage.
